List of Protein Sources*

  • Chicken 
  • Turkey
  • Eggs
  • Fish (avoid tuna, avoid large fish and avoid farmed fish) i.e. anchovies, sardines, mackerel
  • Seafood (shrimp, scallops, lobster, crab)
  • Beef
  • Lamb
  • Pork
  • Legumes (chickpeas, lentils, kidney beans, mung beans, split peas, yellow peas)
  • Tempeh (organic)
  • Protein powders (vegan, avoid soy-based proteins)
  • Plant-based alternatives "meats" (avoid soy-based proteins)


*Protein Sources:

Animals proteins contain high levels of toxins as they bioaccumulate into animal fatty tissues. Consider choosing organic animal protein sources if possible.
