I am more than my own self-worth story.
I help patients heal trauma, self-sabotage, unsafe, unsupportive, unhealed ideals. This is profound work and not for everyone. Please see my criteria for any patient that wants to work with me:
When we think of healing in the conventional sense, we typically think of removing, suppressing or managing a disease and its accompanying physical, mental or emotional symptoms, however this approach is often limited as it does not address the underlying root cause of the problem. As a result, the disease may become chronic, the symptoms may spread, persist and/or become life-long concerns.
Naturopathic philosophy views healing as a holistic process involving a deeper understanding of our own contributions to illness in consideration of the: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components. When we look at treating the root cause of disease, it does not create a dependency on a substance but rather investigates the underlying root cause for the body's dysfunction.
Naturopathic medicine combines both western clinical medicine with traditional eastern medicine practices and views the body as an intelligent organism that works optimally when it has achieved a state of balance.
When we recognize the body's symptoms as a physical, mental or emotional manifestation of our choices, habits, and beliefs, we are empowered to make the necessary changes that support our growth and healing.
