As of the week of March 16th 2020, video calls and telemedicine are available for new and existing patients. Social distancing is a key to combating the spread of COVID-19. Telemedicine and virtual appointments are being provided to support patients who require access to essential health care and to reduce the overall risk of transmission. Video call appointments will be offered using a privacy compliant service and receipts for insurance will be provided.
If you would like to book a virtual appointment or change an existing appointment, you can do so through the online booking portal.
If you have cough, fever, and/or difficulty breathing, please call your primary care provider, Telehealth (1-866-797-0000) or Toronto Public Health (416-338-7600) for further direction and testing.
To avoid the spread of infection, do not go to a clinic or hospital or assessment centre before calling first. Be ready to self-isolate if necessary. These protocols are in place for your safety and the safety of others.
Dr. Sara Ip, ND will continue to support all patients and the local and global community. Please do your part in flattening the curve throughout this global pandemic. Sending love and light and healing to all.
