Video calls and telemedicine are available for new and existing patients. Telemedicine and virtual appointments are being provided to support patient care and personal preferences. Video conferencing appointments will be offered using a privacy compliant service and receipts for insurance will be provided.

A 15-minute or 30-minute complimentary meet & greet to find out if naturopathic medicine is right for you and your specific health needs.
What to expect on your first visit: A thorough personal and family medical history intake, discussion about your health concerns, a physical examination and comprehensive treatment plan.
*Please note: As of October 15th, 2021 for new patients, the consultation rate is $400 for an initial appointment together for 60-90 minutes in duration.
Follow-up consultations will remain the same as set out in April 1, 2020.

Supplements, ointments, creams or any recommended products for purchase at the in-clinic dispensary are all optional. There are no requirements to purchase any products recommended for treatment. All supplement sales are final, no refunds or exchanges will be given to ensure the integrity of the product for all patients.

Naturopathic medical coverage is provided by most major insurance companies. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.
A credit card is required for patient bookings but will not be charged unless the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours. Please review our cancellation policy when booking. Payment will take place post-appointment via credit card, e-transfer, debit or cash.
Consultation changes may be made before 48hrs with notice. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled after the 48hr period, there will be a charge applied for the consultation as per the cancellation policy you have agreed to.
